Streaming Services presented well know celebrity chef Neven Maguire recently in Bantry West Cork.  For a fund raising evening held at the West Lodge Hotel Bantry.  With an audience of over 450 guests and guest chef Neven Maguire, the event was captured in HD format.  Which was then relayed to 4 large projector screens, throughout the function room.  All guests were able to view on the screens what Neven was cooking on the stage.

The evening was a live food demonstration with audience interaction.  This was a Fund Raising event to help restore the local churches on the Sheeps Head.  Streaming Services captured the event using 4 Cameras.  2 of the Cameras were the Videodata PTC150.  These are fantastic full HD cameras with remote Pan, Tilt & Zoom,  At Streaming Services we are big fans of Blackmagic Design Switchers.  Live events are generally good fun, require good planning and a brilliant presenter.

West Cork Literary Festival Bantry 2016

Streaming Services are delighted to announce the live streaming of events at the West Cork Literary Festival Bantry 2016.  Yes we will be Streaming Live the West Cork Literary Festival Event.

From Sunday 17th to Saturday 23rd July, Bantry will welcome a wonderful line-up of international and Irish writers.  Among the writers will be  John Banville,  Kevin Barry, Eoin McNamee, Michael Harding .  Hopefully Marina Warner,  Carys Davies, Paul McVeigh and Glenn Patterson will also be streamed.  Streaming services will stream events live on our youtube channel and also on the WestCorkMusic.ie website.  Click here to download the programme of events.

The events will be streamed live from the Maritime Hotel, Bantry, West Cork, a live audience will be present at these events.  We are looking forward to the event as Streaming Service will be using the latest technology to provide an enhanced service to this very important Literary Festival. This live streamed event will allow literary fans who cannot travel to Bantry West Cork to view their favourite writers online. Gloria Steinem, Zadie Smith,  Nick Laird, Carol Drinkwater and Louis de Bernières are just some of the high profile writers making the trip to West Cork for the Festival.

Live Streaming  Crematorium

Recently we were asked to Stream a Service at the Island Crematorium at Ringakiddy Co Cork.  This is part of the service we provide when asked to stream a funeral.  It is a an opportunity, for families and friends of loved ones who have passed away, who cannot attend in person be part of the service.

The Crematorium has a cave like entrance where the coffin commences its journey.  It is a Serene, Tranquil and Calm setting which has a sense of Peace. Open courtyards, prayer rooms & public areas had icons of life past and present. The Crematorium provides a common space for the believer or non believer, church goer or non goer.

From the outset Frank and his  team at the crematorium were welcoming, professional and helpful, nothing was a problem and assistance was at hand.  This was my first time at the Island Crematorium and really didn’t know what to expect.
